Senior Full-stack Engineer
Lead cross-functional squads as they deliver performant applications, mentor engineers, and shape the technical direction of Velinsa client engagements.

How you'll contribute
- Own technical delivery for product squads building modern web applications.
- Design clean architectures, champion code quality, and guide implementation across the stack.
- Collaborate with product, design, and delivery partners to prioritise work and remove blockers.
- Coach engineers through pairing, feedback, and continuous improvement rituals.
Requirements
What sets you up for success
- 7+ years of experience shipping web applications with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Proficiency in building and consuming APIs, working with relational and document databases.
- Track record of leading engineering initiatives and partnering closely with product stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate remotely with optional onsite time in New York/Remote.
Bonus points
Nice-to-have experience
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevSecOps practices.
- Comfort with observability tooling and data-driven performance optimisation.
- Mentoring engineers or leading guilds/communities of practice.
